Lead Trauma-Informed Services

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the development and delivery of our trauma-informed services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all practices integrate trauma-informed principles, including safety, trustworthiness, peer support, collaboration, and empowerment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing trauma-informed strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Building strategic partnerships with community agencies and organizations
  • Establishing trusting relationships with external agencies
  • Cultivating a learning culture that values continuous improvement and peer support

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Social Sciences and at least 5 years of experience in managerial/leadership roles, preferably in trauma-informed settings. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
