Job Title: Fixed Income Structuring Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our fixed income structuring team as an associate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing, documenting, modeling, and pricing structured products for origination and distribution with a focus on fixed income products.

  • Develop, document, model, and price structured products for origination and distribution focusing on fixed income products FX Rates Credit Commodity Hybrid.
  • Understand drivers of relevant local markets including credit risk market risk capital requirements legal framework regulatory requirements de-risk channels establish competence with internal stakeholders clients executing trades.
  • Follow firm's approach policies managing risks relevant business applicable legal regulatory rules.
  • Build trust internal stakeholders clients understanding needs articulating desk ideas being responsive.
  • Prepare presentation materials financial models internal risk analysis memos term sheets work legal negotiating transaction documents.
  • Assist post-trade process ensuring accuracy all entries adherence internal controls.
Required Skills Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Finance Economics Math related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical quantitative skills familiarity derivative pricing common structures.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working investment bank structuring relevant desks.
  • Proficiency market product lingo well-versed quantitative nature framework own product documentation pricing models.
  • Understanding different types risk ability discuss ways managing these risks.
  • Thorough understanding market drivers ability explain anticipate market movements.
  • Execution-oriented understanding transaction cycle process steps.
  • Strong communication skills verbal written ability defend ideas target messages different audiences.
  • Ability interact comfortably business clients management.
  • Self-directed highly motivated work independently.
  • Fluent written spoken Mandarin required.
