**Your team**
- You will engage with our clients and internal stakeholders on Fixed Income offerings, strategies and competencies across the APAC region. You will be part of the global investment team, a collaborative approach is essential in working closely with investment colleagues located in other locations. You will also partner with our local sales and distribution teams in order to ensure we deliver the best of Asset Management to clients.
- The global specialist function is embedded within the Fixed income investment pillar and reports directly to the global head of Fixed income. The Fixed Income team is made of over 100 investment professionals including portfolio managers, research analysts and specialist teams managing over 250bn USD across Fixed income and Money market strategies. Team members are concentrated in key investment hubs i.e. Chicago, Hong Kong, London, New York, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney and Zurich.

**Your expertise**
- experienced with relationship building and highly evolved influencing and business partnership skills across multiple functions and geographical regions
- collaborative, inclusive, resourceful and effective
- strong organizational and project management skills to juggle complex tasks and work flexibly in changing environments
- a Degree in Finance or Economics and/or CFA designation are a plus
- ideally 8 years or more of investment experience with thorough understanding of relevant investment concepts and challenges, preferably in similar roles
- excellent knowledge of macroeconomics and Fixed Income strategies in particular of Asian / China fixed income strategies
- an understanding of institutional and wholesale client product trends and competitor landscape
- strong listening, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to articulate sophisticated concepts, ideas, and processes. Credible and able to adapt presentation skills to target audience
- Mandarin and English is a must (to support our onshore China business), any other Asian languages are a plus.
