Drive Business Growth as a Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the development of annual Go-To-Market strategies for assigned product portfolios, based on segmentation principles, pricing strategy, and other marketing concepts where applicable.
- Work closely with superiors to create and execute trade/marketing plans to drive sales growth, market share, and profits aligned with annual sales targets.
- Support the conduct of consumer/patient insight researches to inform brand development strategies.
- To identify growth opportunities and develop plans to gain market share in identified segments.
- To foster and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- To support the launch of new products and monitor the utilization of marketing A&P effectively.
- To collaborate and coordinate with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure execution of marketing plans and maximize Return on Investment on marketing spend.
- To provide weekly reports on portfolio sales trends and performance, as well as tracking of execution plans.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in product management and brand marketing in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical Consumer Healthcare industry, although candidates without experience are welcome to apply and will receive training.
- Digital Marketing knowledge or experience is a prerequisite.
