Inventory Management Specialist

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory management process, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing data to inform purchasing decisions, managing supplier relationships, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Experience with forecasting and replenishment is essential, as well as a deep understanding of concepts such as safety stocks and working stocks.
  • Able to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
  • Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, conducting regular audits, and identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in commercial vehicle spare parts management or inventory control in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
