We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to drive strategic growth initiatives, build relationships, and handle prospecting and cold calling.
Generate new sales and leads to drive revenue growth for the company.
Responsible for seeking new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching and closing sales.
Develop and customise business proposals and conduct presentations to customers.
Manage strong client relationship through all phases of sales cycle and securing renewal of existing contracts.
Ensure delivery of services is in accordance with the contract.
Monitor and track sales performances, pipeline activities, revenue forecasts.
Prepare sales quotations and tenders.
Achieve or exceed sales target & meet key performance metrics.
Supports the development and implementation of annual marketing plan, sales strategies and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in business / marketing related discipline.
At least 3 years of sales / business development related work experience in a managerial position.
Ability to think strategically, work independently, resourceful and have excellent time management.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven track records in sales and abilities to secure major business accounts.
Strong knowledge in business development, sales and marketing required.
