Electrical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Asia Pacific customers, distributors, and end-users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely support to our customers.

Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to Asia Pacific customers, distributors, and end-users via phone, email, and remote access
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate failure analysis and correlation works
- Support marketing activities such as production of marketing collateral
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in electrical engineering
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability to think strategically
- Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology
- 8:30am to 6pm Mon-Fri and convenient location
