We are seeking a skilled Electrical Support Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site support to install, maintain, and troubleshoot client equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support to install, maintain, and troubleshoot client equipment. ">
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently. ">
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape. ">
  • Stay updated with the latest technical trends. ">
  • Work with clients and Japan HQ to deliver tailored solutions. ">
  • Develop long-lasting, positive client relationships for high satisfaction. ">
  • Support timely and quality execution of service projects. ">
  • Work closely with Japan's technical teams for top-tier service delivery. ">

Requirements:

">

To succeed as an Electrical Support Specialist, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working as an electrical engineer or mechanical engineer. ">
  • Experience in semi-conductor industry, printed circuit board, packaging substrate industry is a great advantage. ">
  • Japanese language skills are a bonus for communication with Japan HQ. ">
  • Ability to work independently and seek support when needed. ">
  • Patient, adaptable, and service-oriented. ">
  • Will to travel to client sites as needed. ">
  • Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines. ">
  • Able to attend approximately 2 months of training in Japan. ">
