Executive, Claims Manager

Job Purpose
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of claims officers and handling various claims-related tasks.
Responsibilities
• Manage a team of claims officers to ensure efficient and effective claims handling
• Handle recovery and defending claim cases, including liaising with third-party claimants, solicitors, insurers, and authorities
• Provide monthly bus provision cases and handle Pax Mishap Cases
• Update media/MP cases to HOD when escalated by passengers
• Liaise with third-party claimants, solicitors, insurers, and authorities
• Check and update bus burning costs cases and clearance of legal documents/checklist
• Handle queries for business and renovation insurance and other commercial line products
• Handle non-motor claims for internal customers
• Attend tenant engagement at Victoria Street Office and conduct roll call
• Serve as secretary and minutes taker for internal meetings
Qualifications & Work Experience
Diploma or degree in a relevant field and certificate of general insurance
