Overview

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems.

  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on our systems and equipment, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Manage and prioritize technical service requests from various departments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and adhere to our policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventories, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or an equivalent professional certificate.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Able to work and coordinate with contractors in all work-related activities.
  • Able to commit to after office hours duties when required and/or shift work.
