IT Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a technical support specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network and server systems, managing technical support requests, and resolving customer issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining System Uptimewill ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Technical Supportwill provide timely and effective technical support to customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Incident Managementwill manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Team Collaborationwill work effectively with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications:A diploma in Information Technology or a related field is required.
  • Skill Set:Strong technical skills in networking, hardware, and software, with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Work Experience:Proven experience in IT helpdesk roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality technical support.
  • Certifications:Relevant certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL or CompTIA A+.
Working Conditions:
  • Shift Work:12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Working Hours:9:00 am - 9:00 pm (day shift) and 9:00 pm - 9:00 am (night shift).
