Job Title: Technical Systems Specialist

About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Technical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you'll be responsible for maintaining advanced DataMiner Systems and ensuring maximum service availability.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, providing consultation to help customers realize the full potential of their system, and working closely with both squad and chapter members in an agile environment.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP (firewalls, routers, etc.), multithreading, web services, .Net Remoting, and Wireshark
  • Basic knowledge of C# is preferred, or good experience with a similar language
  • Experience with HTML, XML, client-server systems, and SNMP
  • Strong affinity with MS Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of MySQL and Cassandra is an asset
