We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Delivery Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused mindset.
As a Customer Service Delivery Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of our services to customers. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing daily pickup allocations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service support, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience supporting delivery-related inquiries is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure and monitor daily job dispatches to drivers
2. Manage daily pickup allocations to drivers
3. Process orders, requests, and resolve shipment issues
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders on seller/buyer issues
5. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure excellent service
6. Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries regarding missing or late deliveries
7. Answer inquiries and tickets within specified timelines
8. Verify proof of delivery according to SOP
9. Create reports and insights for the Operational Excellence Team
10. Assist the Operational Return Team with ad hoc duties
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of customer service support experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Patience and conflict resolution skills
• High responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience supporting delivery-related inquiries is preferred
