High-Performance Food Preparation Specialist

Job Opportunity: In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will work closely with the head chef to prepare high-quality food and deliver exceptional service. The Junior Sous Chef position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about achieving outstanding results in a professional kitchen environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include preparing specific food items and meal components at your station, following directions provided by the head chef, collaborating with the culinary team to maintain exceptional food quality and service standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, conducting stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station, continuously improving food preparation methods based on feedback, and assisting in other areas of the kitchen as required.
Requirements:- Royal Culinary Academy diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
- Substantial experience working in a similar role.
- Able to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations.
