Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen crew, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established standards.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and cook food in accordance with SOPs
    • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
    • Review inventory and estimate food needs
    • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and storage
    • Store food items safely and efficiently
  • Requirements:
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Cook
    • Able to commit 6 days of work per week
    • Able to work at weekends and public holidays
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
