Lead Sales Strategist

Our company is one of Asia's largest diversified real estate groups, with a focus on real estate investment management and development across more than 260 cities in over 40 countries.

The Lead Sales Strategist will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing revenue streams in the Singapore cluster. This role involves leading and developing the Sales Team to achieve sales targets, managing the entire sales process, and maintaining and increasing the existing client base.

  • Assist the Country General Manager, Singapore Operations, with market studies and potential business development in Singapore.
  • Define and implement a multi-segment and multi-channel sales strategy in their region, aligned with the company's sales policy, to meet budgeted revenue targets.
  • Monitor economic fluctuations, tourism trends, environmental issues, political and social trends, and assess local consumer trends to suggest necessary changes to relevant initiatives.
  • Establish partnerships with institutions and companies, source new business channels, and implement sales strategies.
