This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Brand Protection Associate, Regional Brand Partnerships. In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding brand rights and customer trust on Shopee platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with various teams (Operations, Legal, Regulatory) to develop internal workflows and escalation protocols for effective brand protection.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute initiatives that safeguard brand rights.
- Drive brand protection strategies for Southeast Asia and emerging markets.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive key agenda and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field; knowledge of IP law is desirable.
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, e-commerce, or risk management.
- Able to create actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytics skills.
- Able to organize large amounts of information and data to solve problems.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Able to manage multiple projects and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation, reporting, and consulting.
- Experience in client relationships with C-Suites and senior-level stakeholders.
- Able to thrive and lead in a dynamic environment.
- Keen interest in the e-commerce industry.
