Job Summary

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to drive quality excellence across the organization. As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads the development and implementation of quality management processes and procedures. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement. Provides thought leadership on quality initiatives and ensures compliance with industry standards.

Coordinates training programs and workshops to enhance the skills of team members.

Evaluates performance metrics and develops action plans to address gaps in quality performance.

Develops and implements process improvements that result in cost savings or increased efficiency. Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and standards (e.g., COPC, ISO). Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Proven track record of driving quality excellence and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to think strategically and drive business results through data-driven decision making. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
