  • Structured Residential Care: Offering a structured and nurturing environment for children and youth to develop life skills and reach their full potential
  • Child Development Programs: Providing engaging and interactive activities for children to develop physically, emotionally, and cognitively
  • Youth Development Centre: Offering life skills and development support to empower young people to make informed decisions and achieve their goals

We seek an experienced and visionary leader to join our senior leadership team as Assistant Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to the Executive Director and act in their capacity when required
  • Operational Oversight: Lead core corporate services including HR, Finance, and Facilities Management to ensure operational efficiency and service quality
  • People & Culture: Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture. Mentor and develop emerging leaders across the organization
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with partners, regulators, healthcare institutions, and community networks
  • Foresight & Planning: Anticipate sector trends and policy shifts. Shape long-term strategies and programs aligned with our mission and growth
