Operations Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive business operations in line with our company's mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and implementing operational infrastructure that enhances efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and improving workflows, ensuring seamless order processing and execution, planning and executing operations effectively, analyzing statistics to inform decision-making, and identifying areas for development and improvement in short-term and long-term operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Create and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure seamless order processing and execution
  • Analyze statistics to inform decision-making
  • Identify areas for development and improvement in short-term and long-term operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as an Operations Manager, you will need:

  • 5-10 years' experience in operation management in F&B/Retail/E-commerce/FMCG environment
  • Familiarity with various business functions
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Long-term strategic mindset
