Product Development Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Product Development Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our product development efforts.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and optimisation of innovative materials and products that support our clients across various industries.
- Support the development and optimisation of products (mainly thermal conductive pastes) by conducting experiments, preparing samples, and providing technical input under guidance.
- Perform hands-on material application tests to validate performance and reliability; analyse and document results with precision.
- Identify and address technical issues during testing or development phases, proposing solutions and learning from outcomes to improve processes.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of experiments, test results, and project updates in compliance with company policies.
- Interpret test data, compile detailed reports, and present findings to the team to support decision-making and project progress.
- Ensure proper use, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
- 3 years of relevant experience in product development or application testing in material science or semiconductor or electronic industry
- Strong understanding of materials and material engineering
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and industry standards
- Hands-on laboratory skills for conducting experiments and operating testing equipment
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying trends or issues
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, statistical software) and MS Office Suite
