About the Job">

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Product Development Engineer, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies that align with product-specific milestones and requirements.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of project features and specifications. You will also offer expert technical consultation and guidance on implementing test solutions effectively.

At least 8 years of industry experience required. Candidates with less experience but a proven track record are encouraged to apply.

Deep understanding in driving high-quality semiconductor test solution development from NPI phase through to full-scale production phase is a must.

Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in data analysis and presentation.

Hands-on experience in ATE test handling, execution, and development—Advantest V93K experience preferred.

Some knowledge of IP development and debugging is advantageous.

Academic Credentials

BS/MS Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
