Product Design Expert

Job Description

The Product Design Expert is responsible for developing and maintaining product designs, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to generate, update, and revise electrical routing layouts, test vehicle designs, and related PCB designs.

The Product Design Expert will also be responsible for preparing design risk assessment reports, generating reticle and stencil designs, and creating other schematics or drawings as requested. Additionally, this role will involve reviewing, maintaining, and updating design guidelines, managing the conversion of internal designs into suppliers' final designs, documenting all drawing revisions and change records, and supporting audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Good understanding of design guidelines and experience in generating risk assessment reports based on Fan-in/Fan-out process capability
  • Experience with Cadence APD in RDL routing and mask design for wafer-level processes, including Wafer Bumping, WLCSP, BGA, eWLB, and other fan-out processes
  • Hands-on skills with design software tools such as Linkcad, Cadence, CAM350, AutoCAD, GDS, Gerber editors
  • Experience with PCB test board design
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
