About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to lead our end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on 70% of the role's responsibilities. This position involves managing HR generalist duties, including headcount planning and performance management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitive salary offers.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for short- and long-term hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through online platforms, professional networks, and external partners.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.
- Maintain a pool of past applicants and potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Plan and execute structured interview and selection procedures.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with external recruitment sources such as agencies, universities, and organizations.
- Enhance employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
- Provide salary offers aligned with employment laws and market data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar recruitment-focused role.
- Proven experience working with sourcing agencies and external recruitment partners.
- Experience in the Retail industry is an added advantage.
