Employment Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive business success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. You will be working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates.
You will also be responsible for building relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to source top talent. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
