Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent and supporting the recruitment process.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding;
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences;
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their skills and experience;
  • Coordinating interviews and assessments;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities;
  • Analyzing data and making recommendations to improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Experience with recruitment software and systems;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
