Job Details
As a HR Operations Specialist , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes, including scholarships and internships. This role requires effective coordination with stakeholders, timely processing of invoices, and planning well-being programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks for milestones, onboarding, and sponsorship programs.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate logistics, registration, venue, and vendor payments.
  • Support officers on secondment and maintain e-files.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in training administration or recruitment support.
  • A proactive team player with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
