Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Security Policy Developer and Compliance Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices.

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry benchmarks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Ensure seamless compliance with regulatory requirements like MAS TRMG and CCoP.
  • Collaborate on internal audits and security assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support third-party risk assessments and vendor security compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough UAR/UAM validation reviews and Hardening Reviews.

You will work closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of security awareness and provide expert guidance on best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in industry security frameworks like NIST and familiarity with regulatory requirements such as MAS and CCoP.
  • Experience with risk assessments, cybersecurity audits, and compliance monitoring.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
