  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating activities and programs for children in the hospital.
  • Engage and interact with children in play, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Manage the playroom and family resource center, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
  • Clean and maintain toys and equipment, adhering to infection control standards.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Needs Education, Education, Community Service, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent engagement skills with children and adolescents, with the ability to adapt to individual needs.
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently, as needed.
  • Possess good physical stamina and meet the physical demands of the job.
