Job Title: Campus Operations Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Campus Operations Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our campus, ensuring a smooth running of the facility. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, developing sales pitches, supporting management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales, and coordinating various program and campus events.

To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a smooth running of the campus.
  • Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and understanding of their needs.
  • Develop effective sales pitches by familiarizing yourself with our curriculum and programs.
  • Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.
  • Plan and communicate various program and campus events to customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage communication platforms.
  • Handle customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.
  • Coordinate class schedules and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.
  • Monitor student attendance and follow up on makeup lessons.
  • Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP systems, student records and tracking withdrawals.
  • Share expertise and provide guidance to direct reports.
  • Motivate and work as a team towards achieving service excellence and centre targets.
  • Liaise with landlords on updates.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Operations Director.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics or retail services is highly desirable.

Fresh graduates with strong sales acumen are welcome to apply. At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing or education is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Monday: Off
  • Tuesday to Friday: 1.30pm - 7.30pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm
