We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Campus Engagement Manager.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance student engagement and experience. The successful candidate will work closely with students, staff, and industry partners to deliver a range of activities and events that promote career development, leadership, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Career Services: Provide guidance and support to students and graduates on career development and employability skills. Coordinate internship placements and develop workshops to help students connect with industry professionals.
  • Alumni Relations: Build and maintain relationships with alumni to engage them in meaningful ways. Keep them informed about campus developments and participate in alumni events.
  • Student Activities: Plan, review, and execute student programs in collaboration with senior managers. Work with student committees and clubs to ensure activities are safe, professional, and cost-effective.
  • Campus Events: Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of key campus events, including student orientation, graduation ceremonies, and symposiums/seminars.
  • Other Responsibilities: Maintain accurate databases related to student activities and events. Produce in-house newsletters for staff and students.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with student information systems or customer relationship management tools
