Job Title: Operations Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Campus Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our campus, ensuring a seamless experience for students and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day campus operations, including staff management, student enrolment, and post-sales services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall campus experience.
  • Coordinate class schedules, arrange for replacement teachers when necessary, and monitor student attendance.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining ERP systems, student records, and tracking withdrawals.
  • Provide guidance and support to direct reports, motivating them to achieve service excellence and centre targets.

Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
