We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Student Development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the campus experience for our students through the coordination and support of student club activities and events.

  • Provides leadership and executes diverse student club activities and events.
  • Manages event logistics, including venue selection and equipment setup.
  • Allocates budgets and tracks financial expenditure for each event.
  • Implements effective communication strategies to engage students and stakeholders.
  • Ensures strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and university policies.
  • Oversees inventory management and procurement processes.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields such as Event Management, Business Administration, Communications.
  • Knowledge of university policies and regulations.
  • Proficiency in event planning and communication.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to student engagement and campus life.
  • Flexibility in working hours.

This role will be based at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
