Senior Architect Job Description

The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of projects from conception to completion. This includes conducting site surveys, preparing feasibility studies, developing design proposals, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Carry out site survey and investigation of record documents">
  • Prepare functional and technical feasibility studies">
  • Develop design proposals and Architectural design brief">
  • Establish an overall master schedule for a building project">
  • Take charge of project management administration">
  • Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements">
  • Managing design development of the project">
  • Execute tender procurement">
  • Periodically on-site construction supervision">
  • Procure statutory compliance for TOP and CSC">
  • Monitor the making good of defects and final certification by Contractors">
  • Assist in the administration of business development">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Singapore B.O.A. recognised B.A./M.A. from a top-tier University in Architecture">
  • Registered with Singapore Board of Architects as Qualified Person is a plus">
  • Green Mark Advanced Accredited Professional (GM AAP), or Green Mark Advanced Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) (GM AAP(FM)) is a plus">
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Grasshopper/Rhino 3D">
  • Good presentation and communication skills">
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment">
  • Able/Willing to Travel">
