Architecture Drafter Role

As an Architecture Drafter, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining building and floor plans. Your primary responsibility will be to edit and clean approved designs in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Edit and maintain building and floor plans in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats.
  • Organize and document CAD/BIM data for integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the team to track progress and ensure timely delivery of digitalised data.
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma in Architecture or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and ability to read building/floor plans.
  • BIM software knowledge (e.g., Autodesk Revit) is advantageous but not essential.
  • Attention to detail and SOP adherence for data accuracy.
  • Collaborative team player with strong time management skills and deadline focus.
