As a Building Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and refining design briefs with clients.
About the Role
- You will conduct pre-design research on regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in project development.
- You will brainstorm ideas and develop initial designs, taking into account factors such as zoning laws and building codes.
