Job Title: Attendant for Food and Beverage Services

Job Description:

The primary function of the role is to provide exceptional service to guests in a variety of settings, including room service, lounge, and rooftop bar. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages.

Key responsibilities include collecting food from the restaurant, serving it to guests with a smile, mixing and serving a range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with flair and precision, and engaging guests with a warm and friendly demeanor to suggest the perfect beverage.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in all interactions with guests.
  • Collect and serve food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and beverages with expertise.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and certification in relevant alcohol service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility with rotating shifts and working on weekend and public holidays.
