Key Responsibilities:

  4. Assist fellow team members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflows.">
  5. Conduct suggestive selling and upselling, effectively promoting menu items and beverages to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.">
  6. Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships with guests.">
  7. Perform all other administrative duties in the restaurant, supporting the success of our business and delivering results-driven performance.">

Requirements:

  • Maintain a secondary school education or equivalent qualification.">
  • Hold a minimum 1-year experience in guest service or guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization.">
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification.">
  • Be willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, adapting to changing schedules and deadlines.">
  • Demonstrate a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times, reflecting positively on our organization's brand and reputation.">
