About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Service Attendant in the Food and Beverage department. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable dining experience.

As a Service Attendant, you will be required to maintain a basic knowledge of food and drinks menu, ensure that work areas are clean at all times and that cleaning schedules are adhered to. Additionally, you will need to ensure that mise-en place is completed prior to service and continually replenished.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of food and drinks menu
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance of Work Areas
  • Mise-en Place Management
  • Polishing of Cutlery and Crockery
  • Chef's Table Setup and Coffee Area Maintenance
  • Food Delivery and Tray Carrying
Requirements:Education & Certification

No specific education required. However, a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.

Experience

No experience required, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are necessary. Training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Other Prerequisites
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Basic knowledge of Food and Beverage operations
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
