Job Title: Food and Beverage Service AttendantThe Role:

Maintain a basic knowledge of food and drinks menu. Ensure that the work areas are clean at all times, adhering to the cleaning schedule.

  • Ensure mise-en place is completed prior to service and continually replenished.
  • Maintain responsibility for polishing cutlery, crockery, coppers, and silvers.
  • Ensure the chefs table is set up and coffee area maintained.
  • Ensure trays are carried and food delivered to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

No specific education required. No experience required as training will be provided. Proficient in written and verbal English. Experience in Food and Beverage Knowledge and safety.
