What You Would Do
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketer to join our team. As the first point of contact for many prospective clients, you will help them understand how our services can add value to their dating lives. Job Responsibilities
Lead Cultivation
We generate leads through marketing campaigns, social media and website inquiries. Your key mission is to make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce our matchmaking services and deliver an overview sales presentation.
Pre-sales
You will closely follow up with warm leads and schedule consultations with our relationship managers. You should share primary information such as client data to ensure proper handover of client data.
Performance Tracking
Accurate records of conversations and outcomes must be maintained. Meeting call and conversion targets is essential for success in this role.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service or sales is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is also necessary. Positive attitude, self-motivation and drive are essential traits for this position. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are also vital.
