Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to educate expecting parents about Cordlife's Umbilical Cord Blood (UCB)/Umbilical Cord Lining (UCL) banking services.

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and build rapport with clinic staff to streamline workflow.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be resilient and adaptable, and able to handle rejections and flexible work schedules.

In addition, the selected candidate should possess 'N' Level with at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service and have physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
  • Convert expecting parents to leads and facilitate appointments for the sales department.
  • Build relationships with clinic staff to optimize communication and coordination.
