We are seeking a highly skilled Programmes Manager to lead our active ageing centres in creating meaningful careers and social impact.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and compassionate person-centred management to inspire staff, volunteers, and partners to deliver innovative programmes.
- Operational Leadership:
- Guide the AAC team to translate the organization's mission into impactful daily operations.
- Develop and execute annual work plans aligned with government funding requirements and organisational goals.
- Foster teamwork and empathy within the AAC team.
- Programme Development & Impact:
- Curate evidence-informed programmes promoting seniors' physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Oversee outreach strategies engaging vulnerable seniors through home visits and community networking.
- Lead programme planning, execution, and refinement.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships:
- Built strong relationships with government agencies, community partners, donors, and grassroots organisations.
- Represent the organisation at networking events, dialogues, and collaborative initiatives.
- Develop partnerships expanding programme reach.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Ensure efforts achieve AIC's KPIs for active ageing centres.
- Prepare reports for submission to relevant funds.
- Collaborate with the AAC team for beneficiary benefits.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, Community Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the social service, healthcare, or community sector, preferably in senior services or active ageing.
- Proven track record in programme management, team management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.
- High adaptability and resilience in a dynamic community environment.
