Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager to accelerate the expansion of our flagship payments platform. In this high-impact role, you will play a key part in driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative outreach strategies.
- Identify and acquire new merchants and partners across priority verticals (e.g., digital content, SaaS, video-gaming, retail)
- Lead both inbound and outbound outreach strategies to grow our merchant base across APAC, EMEA, the Americas, and other key regions
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling narratives and drive business development
You will be responsible for owning the full business development cycle from prospecting through negotiation and onboarding. Your input will also help refine our go-to-market motion.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or solution sales—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce. You should possess knowledge of market trends and have a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
