Marketplace Lead SAPMENA Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Lead to spearhead our e-commerce strategy across the SAPMENA region. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive growth through strategic planning, analysis, and execution.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the marketplace strategy for the region, developing the e-activation framework and strategy across all marketplace channels. They will work closely with OBM & local market counterparts to grow Sell-Out and drive conversion, AOV, and CLTV growth ahead of competition/market share growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketplace strategy that drives growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong platform partnerships and negotiate favorable terms
  • Co-lead with O+O KAM (CGO) on data analytics and value tools design and structure for reporting
  • Manage and coach the market Platform Lead counterparts to foster continuous partnership, learning, and development
  • Lead multi-brand campaign conceptualization and activation
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, analyzing KPIs across all platforms to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement
