Job Title:
Digital Business Strategist (Luxury DTC Brand)

About the Role:
We're building a premium household brand, blending timeless elegance with digital innovation. We're seeking a Digital Growth Strategist to lead our ecommerce and digital marketing direction from scratch.

This is a pivotal role where you'll shape everything from the website to the customer experience to ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full-funnel digital strategy to launch and scale a luxury direct-to-consumer brand
- Oversee the development of the ecommerce site (Shopify or equivalent), ensuring it reflects a premium user experience and brand aesthetic
- Craft, test, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Direct brand creatives — including campaign visuals, videos, and content — ensuring alignment with high-end market expectations
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and developers to deliver a cohesive and elevated digital presence
- Own performance KPIs (ROAS, conversion rate, CAC, etc.) and continuously iterate on strategies to improve them
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and keep up with luxury ecommerce trends

Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record in ecommerce (DTC) is a must, experience in premium or design-focused brands would be a bonus.
