We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients and meet customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Conduct daily kitchen audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar position.
- Proven track record of menu development, inventory management, and staff training.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols.
