The role of a seasoned professional involves overseeing the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) team to ensure timely completion of works, compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.

  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to resolve challenges and ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Lead the site team, including engineers and coordinators, to meet quality performance standards.
  • Attend project site meetings and resolve technical issues.

Key responsibilities include overseeing M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications.

  1. Manage M&E monthly meetings and oversee M&E matters in their full spectrum.
  2. Involve in D&B projects with consultants and architects.

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in Main Contractor or Subcontractor, with a strong understanding of M&E works and construction processes.
