Electrical/Mechanical Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the execution of Electrical/Mechanical construction projects from planning through delivery.
- Direct and manage Electrical/Mechanical construction projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting technical quality and safety requirements.
- Oversee project execution, prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and approve engineering documents, specifications, and technical submittals, and monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations, and manage project handover, documentation, and final accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Building Services Engineering, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in leading Electrical/Mechanical/M&E construction projects. Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, as well as familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and authority submissions. PMP certification is an advantage.
