Job Title:

M&E Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead M&E projects with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure project progress.
  • Prepare method statements, shop drawings, sample units, T&C sheets, work progress reports, and other relevant documents for M&E related works.
  • Design and coordinate equipment including air handling units, computer room air handling units, cooling towers, chillers, sequence of operations, control systems, and fire detection/suppression systems.
  • Develop and maintain site mechanical procedures, including EOPs, SOPs, MOPs, and APs.
  • Assist the Technical Manager with M&E issues, including preparation of M&E master and T&C schedules.
  • Manage and arrange for M&E progress inspections, documentation for audit, use of resources, and coordination works from beginning to completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering accredited by PEB.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Senior Engineer or M&E Manager.
